If you do not agree to these Product T&Cs, you should not use or purchase any Legal Products from this website.

2. Nature of Legal Products

The Legal Products available on this website are standardised legal templates and documents designed for general informational purposes. They are not tailored to individual circumstances or legal needs. While these products are prepared by qualified attorneys, their use does not constitute legal advice.

3. No Solicitor-Client Relationship

Accessing, purchasing, or using any Legal Products from this website does not create a solicitor-client relationship between Tembusu Law and You. Tembusu Law is not Your lawyer, and You are not a client of Tembusu Law by virtue of purchasing or using these Legal Products.

4. No Conflict of Interest

In offering the Legal Products on this website, Tembusu Law does not represent, promise, or guarantee that it is willing or able to advise or represent you in your specific case. Your access, purchase, and use of the Legal Products are solely for the purpose of conducting your own research and obtaining general information or knowledge about a particular area or subject matter of law. You agree that no confidential or sensitive information regarding your case (such as the specific nature of your legal issue, problem, dispute, and/or the identities of other persons involved in the same or related case) will be provided to Tembusu Law for this purpose. As a result, you agree that Tembusu Law is not required to check or clear conflicts of interest when you access, purchase, and use the Legal Products. This information does not create any solicitor-client relationship or retainer between you and Tembusu Law. If Tembusu Law does not subsequently and separately agree to advise or represent you in your case, Tembusu Law remains free to speak to other persons involved in the same or related case and to accept instructions to act against you.

Should an initial consultation be separately arranged between you and Tembusu Law, it is agreed that this consultation is only to provide you with a fee proposal and to determine whether a conflict of interest exists. You are to provide only enough information for these purposes and must ensure that the information is not confidential. Regardless, any information provided during the consultation is on the understanding that no solicitor-client relationship or retainer will arise, and it may be used by Tembusu Law later as it is not to be treated as confidential.

Furthermore, even if an initial consultation occurs, Tembusu Law reserves the right to decline to advise or represent you if any information you disclose suggests a conflict of interest exists or for any other reason.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any Legal Product you purchase or use is appropriate for Your specific circumstances. You should seek independent legal advice if You have specific legal questions or need personalized assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tembusu Law shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Tembusu Law has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

a. The use or the inability to use the Legal Products;
b. Unauthorized access to or alteration of Your transmissions or data;
c. Statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
d. Any other matter relating to the service.

7. Changes to Terms

Tembusu Law reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Product T&C at any time. It is Your responsibility to check these Product T&C periodically for changes.

8. Governing Law

These T&C and Your use of the website are governed by the laws of Singapore.

9. Acknowledgement

By using this website and purchasing or using any Legal Products, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Product T&C.
